Welcome to AnTextShare. By accessing or using our frictionless sharing platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the AnTextShare website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without direct notice, as we do not collect user contact information.

2. Description of Service

AnTextShare provides a frictionless, anonymous online clipboard and file-sharing tool. The Service allows users to temporarily upload text snippets, code, and small files (up to 10MB), which are secured by a 4-character generated code and are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Additionally, we provide a peer-to-peer (P2P) Live Code sharing feature.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use AnTextShare only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our Service to:

• Upload, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• Share malware, viruses, trojans, or any malicious code designed to disrupt or harm computer software or hardware.
• Distribute copyrighted material without the express permission of the copyright owner.
• Engage in automated scraping, spamming, or launching Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our infrastructure.

We reserve the right to block IP addresses and prevent usage of the tool for anyone found violating these rules.

4. User Responsibilities

Because AnTextShare is completely anonymous and does not use accounts:

• Code Security: You are solely responsible for whom you share your 4-character retrieval codes with. Anyone with the code can access the uploaded content during the 24-hour window.
• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you share. However, you are entirely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of that content.
• No Backups: The service is designed for temporary transfer, not permanent storage. We cannot recover files or text once the 24-hour expiration occurs or if a session ends.

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is paramount to us. All files and text shared via the standard database method are permanently and irreversibly deleted exactly 24 hours after creation. For a complete understanding of how we handle (and do not handle) your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AnTextShare expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no warranty that:

• The service will meet your specific requirements.
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or 100% error-free.
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall AnTextShare, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data loss, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) temporarily or permanently, with or without notice at any time. You agree that AnTextShare shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or cessation of the Service.
