Welcome to AnTextShare. By accessing or using our frictionless sharing platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing, interacting with, or using the AnTextShare website and its associated services (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions outlined herein, you must immediately cease usage of our Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without direct notice, as our system is designed to operate without collecting user contact information. Your continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility: Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. By using AnTextShare, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age, or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service & Ephemeral Nature

AnTextShare provides a frictionless, anonymous online clipboard and file-sharing tool designed to facilitate rapid information transfer across devices. The Service allows users to temporarily upload text snippets, code strings, and small files (currently capped at 10MB per file).

It is critical to understand the ephemeral nature of our platform. We are not a cloud storage provider or a permanent data backup service. All content uploaded to our centralized database is secured by a randomized 4-character code and is strictly programmed to be permanently deleted 24 hours after creation. Additionally, we provide a peer-to-peer (P2P) Live Code sharing feature powered by WebRTC, where data is transferred directly between users and is never stored on our servers.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & User Conduct

You agree to use AnTextShare responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our infrastructure to:

• Distribute Illegal Material: Upload, share, or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable under applicable international and local laws.
• Spread Malicious Payloads: Share malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or any malicious code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to computer software, hardware, or networks.
• Violate Intellectual Property: Distribute copyrighted material, trademarks, trade secrets, or any other proprietary information without the express and explicit permission of the rightful owner.
• Abuse the Infrastructure: Engage in automated scraping, spamming, reverse-engineering of our API, or launching Denial of Service (DoS) attacks against our servers.
• Facilitate Cybercrime: Use the anonymous nature of the platform to coordinate illegal activities, phishing campaigns, or social engineering attacks.

We actively monitor network traffic for abuse and reserve the right to permanently block IP addresses, terminate connections, and report illegal activities to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

Because AnTextShare is completely anonymous and does not mandate user account creation, your responsibilities differ from traditional cloud platforms:

• Code Security: You are solely responsible for the physical and digital security of the 4-character retrieval codes generated for your payloads. Anyone holding this exact code can access the uploaded content during its active 24-hour lifespan.
• Content Liability: AnTextShare does not claim ownership over any text or files you upload. You retain full ownership, but you are entirely and solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the content you transmit through the Service.
• No Recovery Guarantees: Given our strict auto-deletion protocols, we cannot recover, restore, or retrieve files or text once the 24-hour expiration occurs or if a P2P session ends. Always maintain your own local backups of critical data.

5. Data Privacy & GDPR/CCPA Compliance

Your privacy is fundamental to our platform's architecture. We are committed to processing only the absolute minimum amount of data required to facilitate your temporary transfers. All files and text shared via our standard database method are permanently and irreversibly wiped daily. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnTextShare expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that:

• The service will perfectly meet your specific workflow requirements.
• The service will be uninterrupted, universally available, perfectly secure, or 100% error-free.
• The results obtained from using the service will be absolutely accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the software or platform will be corrected immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall AnTextShare, its developers, creators, partners, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. This comprehensive limitation applies to, but is not limited to, damages for loss of financial profits, data loss, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been explicitly advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnTextShare and its operators from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms of Service, your misuse of the platform, or your infringement of any intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity.
